The return of Questions and answers

Twenty years ago, questions and answers filled the awkward sized spaces at the ends of columns in the paper journal. Readers would send us medical questions that had been bothering them; we would send them out to our chosen expert on the topic. If and when we received an answer we would publish it. The service gradually fell into disuse, but this week sees its return, although with a twist.
