Opponents of foundation hospitals vowed to continue their fight against the health and social care bill, despite the fact that it passed its second reading in the House of Commons last week.
Frank Dobson, a former health secretary and a vociferous critic of the legislation that will allow the best performing hospitals to gain more freedom from government control, promised that the passage of the bill through parliament would be challenged at every opportunity. …
