The case of a 3 year old girl with HIV infection who was at the centre of a battle between doctors and her father over her treatment in Australia moved into the UK courts last week, where the girl was made a ward of court.
She and her father were met by high court officials when they arrived on a flight from Sydney accompanied by a social worker after Camden council in London obtained a wardship order.
