    A new mental health strategy for Wales, designed to improve services at all levels, has been launched by the Welsh Assembly.

    The strategy, whose aims include tailoring treatment to individual needs and removing the stigma surrounding mental illness, says that GPs need to be aware of the range of services and the way to access them.
