French school nurses to give emergency contraceptive pill: The French National Assembly has voted to allow school nurses to deliver NorLevo, which works as a contraceptive if taken within three days of intercourse, to schoolgirls who have had unprotected sex. Delivery of the emergency contraceptive pill was banned last June (8 July, p 70).
