Negligence claims to rise by 50% in Wales

    The Welsh Assembly has been warned that clinical negligence claims against the NHS in Wales could spiral out of control unless remedial action is taken. A report on the annual accounts of the NHS in Wales says that the forecast cost of claims is £214m ($321m), a £69m increase in 12 months.
