EDITOR—The review on bladder cancer includes an incorrect diagram of the TNM staging system and neglects any reference to the hope of improved outcomes with concurrent radiation and chemotherapy.1 The diagram shows the previous TNM (fourth edition) T categories2 rather than the new (fifth edition) system.3 The new system categorises all muscle invasion without perivesical invasion as T2.
