    First impressions count. I have worries about xenotransplantation, so I turned to the index of this “aid to decision-making” and “tool in the teaching of ethics.” There isn't one. The table of contents, which has no logical order that I could divine, lists organ transplants twice, but the pagination is wrong, and a three page slippage eventually becomes a 10 page slippage.
