    Doctors at Kecskemét Hospital in southeast Hungary last week terminated the pregnancy of a 13 year old girl whose request for the procedure has been surrounded by controversy. The abortion was performed only after the minister of welfare, Mihály Kökény, in effect overrode a county court injunction against the termination.
