The pharmaceutical company Merck Sharpe and Dohme lost its battle in the Norwegian courts to stop the publication of an article that criticised one of the company's products.
The article, due to be published in the journal of Norway's medicines control agency, Nytt om Legemidler, had been halted by a temporary injunction granted on 22 October, which the court overturned last week.
