Job sharing is one way of working flexibly, but first you need to find a partner. Two recent developments will help with this. The BMA has recently centralised its job sharing registers, and BMJ Classified's Noticeboard section offers free ads to individual readers seeking a job share partner - the first one appears this week. Contact Janet Jordan at the BMA's West Midlands office on 0121 456 1402 for an application form for the register.
