BMJ 7114 Volume 315: Saturday 18 October 1997Career focusBriefingExecutive choice may sound like a seat with slightly more legroom on an aircraft, but infact it's the NHS's latest scheme to improve the standards of management in the service and prepare those one step from the board of a trust for a top job. Subsidies are available for some categories of applicant. Contact Linda Taylor 01934 863183 or at www.nhs-ExecChoice.co.uk
