Hong Kong's Hospital Authority has issued a series of guidelines to improve the quality of clinical care in the public hospital system after a spate of medical blunders in public hospitals, some of which have led to deaths. Senior doctors in Hong Kong's 42 public hospitals have been advised to spend more time supervising and training and less time on paperwork.
