Trust fails to attract private finance: Wales's largest trust, the University Hospital of Wales, has been unable to find a partner for a major private finance initiative, including a new accident and emergency unit. Although several firms had shown an initial interest, no suitable partner was found. The Welsh Office will now consider the scheme for public funding.
