Once again flames cast bleak shadows on the walls of west Belfast. Old men in bowler hats and orange sashes beat their ritual drums, bent on intimidation, then young men in balaclavas hurl petrol bombs into the soft July air. These two politically manipulated minorities leave their respective majorities looking on in despairing resignation. The videotape of the wedding in the hotel just before the Enniskillen bomb went off told it all.
