    Any complaints? Oh. All right. Let's get on with them. What is it today? The mince? The medicine? The universe? Here in Auchendreich, as everywhere else in the NHS, we are getting complaints now about all of the above, and pride ourselves on dealing with them promptly and in strict accordance with official guidance.
