The president of France's leading cancer charity, l'Association pour la Recherche sur le Cancer, threatened to shut down the agency this week in response to accusations that funds have been misused. Jacques Crozemarie's warning follows a devastating report by the French government's financial watchdog, the Cour des Comptes.
