BMA calls for lower blood alcohol level for drivers: The BMA and the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety are calling for the legal blood alcohol limit for driving to be reduced to 10.9 mmol/l from the current limit of 17.4 mmol/l (p 0000).
