    Members of Junior Doctors Committee are in cloud cuckoo land

    EDITOR,--I am sick to death of hearing about reducing hours, the intensity of work, and periods of rest. I cannot see how the Junior Doctors Committee has the nerve to recommend, in its annual report for 1995, eight hours of rest during night duty on an on call rota.1 I would then get more sleep while on call than when I am at home and, better still, would be paid for it.
