Canada's health care system faces criticism

A Canadian expert in social policy has accused Canada's federal government of using “political stealth” to cut health costs. Mr Keith Banting, director of the School of Policy Studies at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, said he believed that Canada's national health care system was in danger of collapse.
