Last week's classified advertisement supplements were the first to be produced entirely electronically in the BMJ offices, and we were pleased with how the process went.
Eventually, electronic production should allow us to improve our services to advertisers and readers, but inevitably there are some glitches at the beginning. We hope that clients and agencies will bear with us while the new process settles in, and we would be very grateful if they could send in as many advertisements as possible early on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
