ABC of Breast Diseases: Breast reconstruction after surgery
An editorial error occurred in this paper by J D Watson and colleagues (14 January, pp 117–21). The illustration for area of infection over a tissue expander (top of p 119) was transposed with the illustration for nipple reconstruction (top of p 120). The figure legends are correctly placed.

A printer's error occurred in this article by M Barry and J R Jenner (21 January, pp 183–6). The right hand magnetic resonance image in the figure on p 184 was printed upside down.
