Agencies unite to prevent child deaths

    Many children are dying unnecessarily in eastern Europe, according to the World Health Organisation. Now the organisation has joined forces with Unicef and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in an effort to prevent these needless deaths.
