    EDITOR, - Once again the shortage of donors for organ transplantation has been highlighted.1 Various suggestions have been made to try to improve the current system of using organ donor cards.2 Earlier this year I surveyed 231 consecutive patients attending health promotion and disease management clinics and asked about their views on organ donation.
