Here in the Greater Auchendreich Health Board area we take health eating seriously. There is a board level strategy, generating goals and setting deadlines for unit level policy task forces, which in turn set targets for a comprehensive network of hospital level implementation groups, all efforts being meshed with a multimedia dietary education campaign conducted with the enthusiastic backing of the local newspaper, many of the parish magazines, and our very own Radio Dreich.
