Interaction of Diazepam with the Muscle-relaxant Drugs

Abstract
Diazepam has been found to increase the duration of the neuromuscular block produced by gallamine and to reduce that produced by succinylcholine. Preliminary studies suggest that the action is at the presynaptic site.
