I cannot agree with you more on the diagnosis of facial diplegia,but my worry is how or why you made such a diagnosis in a middle-aged man.From experience, I have obseved that most of my patients with Gullian-Barre syndrome were young,less than 40 to be specific.This man seems to have the Miller-Fisher varient of Gullian-Barre syndrome.Did you carry out lumber puncture to assess the dissociation between albumin and cell count?
