Peter J Flegg, Consultant Physician Blackpool, UK FY3 8NR Send response to journal: Re: Law suit over XDR-TB publicity	I am not surprised that Andrew Speaker (the man who evaded US infection controls and flew to Greece while suffering extensively drug resistant tuberculosis in 2007) plans to sue the CDC because he was so upset at the adverse publicity. He is an American lawyer after all. However, his hundreds of fellow passengers might sue him in the US courts for reckless endangerment (1).
