With history of diabetes, hypertension, breast cancer, receiving treatment with tomaxipen 3yrs, the possibilities are endometrial hyperplasia, ca body uterus (carpus cancer syndrome) uterine polyp. The photograph is showing trans-vaginal scan. The patient needs fractional currettage and histopathological examination and requires total`abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salphingo-oopherectomy.
