stanley shaldon, Consultant Nephrologist Monaco 98000 Send response to journal: Re: It is high time the monolithic NHS realised the benefits of copayments	Two continental models of health care (France and Germany) do not penalise patients for obtaining care or drugs privately in addition to what the respective insurance schemes can offer.
