For committed Anglophones, there's also Prescrire International. With headlines like "A last resort", a cartoon character who gives poorly-rated pills the boot, and a no-holds-barred editorial stance, it does a better job than most of stirring the blood. Prescrire doesn't, however, have a spokesmodel of the month.
