In paragraph 3 refers to "Simon Upchurch" - it should read "Luke Upchurch". 2. The first sentence of paragraph five reads that the videos - "were scripted by Ray Moynihan ..." when it should read that they were "created and produced by Ray Moynihan, co-author of the book Selling Sickness (and a BMJ visiting editor) and Miranda Burne". Finally, it is worth emphasising that the 24 minute video, The New Epidemic, is not on the Internet but only available on DVD from the producers.
