The sentence should have read "All paediatricians, emergency department doctors, anaesthetists, and general practitioners should be aware of this extremely serious public health hazard" [not that all paediatricians, emergency department doctors, anaesthetists, and general practitioners are aware of this extremely serious public health hazard, as published].
