I agree with Dr Gogol and add two observations; Dipyridamole did not cause any more bleeding than placebo in the two flawed trials (is it really an antiplatelet drug?) and in ESPS2 the intention to treat group fared better than the treated group. Hence, I don't recommend dipyridamole in my clinical practice.
