Joseph More, Retired Retired Send response to journal: Re: How Doctors Think	Isn't it ironic. These days there is an increased probability that when I take my automobile to the mechanic, it will be plugged to a computer that will query the car's computer for diagnostic clues. Yet, when I go to a physician, there is a decreasing chance that time will be available for an adequate history. Competing interests: None declared
