Re: Interesting perspective

Tuppy presents a compassionate view of the role of sex workers. I think that this view is deserving of broader promotion. There is a need to abandon conventional morality and for those involved in the relevant aspects of healthcare to fully understand the extent of the needs of the folk they are helping. The need for human contact in every way is fundamental to the advancement of physical and psychological health. It is necessary to seperate this need from the more prurient aspects of the sex industry.I have no moral position with respect to this latter statement. I am not of any particular religious persuasion but I do believe that compassion is the foundation of a truly religious life.
