Dear Sir I have a much simpler answer on how to monitor patients on 12 months of clopidogrel. As the Gp receiving the repeat prescription request, when I put clopidogrel on to the patients repeat prescription list as I enter the dose I also put the date of cessation eg STOP JAN 2008 -which is clear for the patient pharmacist and myself. Easy really
