A minor modification of Mr Nicholson's statement: "As far as the department/Trust (delete as appropriate) is concerned we could be better at costing some of our policies.There are some examples of policies we have costed that in practice have for a whole variety of reasons cost more." That should satisfy the DoH. It comes from the top! Competing interests: I work in a financially competent Trust
