I found this article an amazing piece of advice, an unusual reminder, something which doctors and clinicians tend to forget most times as they progress in their careers. Diagnosis of what seems evident and what is generally felt known, but what at times can be most improbable needs a prediagnosis as suggested by the author. An impressive compilation of evidence on this front and a must read for all clinicians interested in self-growth in evidence-based medicine.
