If 60 % of Trusts are failing, have we imposed too high standards that are unachievable in the rwal world. Constant perception and reporting of failure can be very destructive and ultimately make it unlikely that things will improve as creative energy is used up dealing with the perceived failings. Yet we know as users that generally the vast majority of our contacts with Trusts go well. Is this judging of systems by their failures actually going to result in things never being seen to be better? Depressing or what?
