Re: How to treat the problems?

One should avoid the slashing critical rhetoric which is best-selling in publications concerning the healthcare in post soviet and eastern Europe countries. In this period of both positive and negative outcomes in reforming the systems it seems more helpful for politicians and practitioners in and out of these countries to be proposed specific formula how to make the health systems more welcome to evidence but not just critiquing them.

The experience says that political and economic status is not always crucial for promoting evidence-based medicine (EBM) in these countries, so it is important to point out the impeding factors for this process and the way how to remove them in local condition of work and such publications should be supported.
