The tablets used were different colours. Has it crossed anyone's mind
that it
might have been the colouring in the tablets and not the folate that
caused
the insignificant rise in breast cancer? Some excipients in medicines are
responsible for side-effects in sensitive people, such as lactose. Azo
dyes are
known to be carcinogenic. Can the authors confirm whether all the
colourings
used in this trial are known to be safe?
