It does not worry me, as it does to some of you who have expressed their feelings and points of view, whether this discussion should take place in a medical journal or not. To me, the real question is the ethical obligation one has with oneself, to render testimony of the injustices and abuses, no matter where, by whom and for which reasons.. I have read in many reports that about 20% o the palestinians killed in the recent times are children. If this is true, it might not be that there is an order to kill children....but there is a large disrespect for their life. Competing interests: None declared
