It was great knowing Louis on a course a the London School of Tropical Medicine, in 1989, when I was working for the United Nations World Food Program.Louis not only had a great communication skill with people from other cultures, he also is a connosieur of art, and initiated me in this direction towards local British theatre, and art.I think he is a very talented person, a dedicated researcher on the chronic fatigue system, and now once again Louis had achieved laurels in his field.I take this opportunity to congratulate him , and compliment him, on his success in life. regards Competing interests: None declared
