Butler et al have done a good job in providing a guide for the prognosis of supposed viral URTIs in children aged 6m to 12 years.

I would like to know if the authors can provide further information which discriminates between children who will recover quickly and those who may not. For instance, do children who score highly (i.e. sicker kids) on the Canadian virus and flu rating scale have different disease course compared with children with low scores.
