Hello,

I am a layman who takes lithium (23 yrs.+) and I have a site on the net lithium@yahoogroups.com for general interest.

I would be interested in knowing if just a reduction of the lithium dose has been tried first, before the combination trials begin.

I am reducing my lithium dose by 10% or less (prescribed normal dose is 900mg per day) and have found considerable improvement in the side effects.
