Gottehrer, internal medicine health services fund Send response to journal: Re: Communication is everything	In these days of technology, when every medical professions in sitting in front of their computer's, communication is the word. When patient came in to your office do not ask for his name and look for it in your computer. Better get up and welcome him. Listen to his complaints, check him and in the end apologies for being impolite for few minutes and write down everything in the computer. This is the how we must behave -this is communication- the real thing. Competing interests:   None declared
