Congratulations but...why not integrated all aspects about patient- doctor (anything else? nurse, social worker...) in the same model like biopsychosocial or any global model? If we have psychological medicine also we can have interpersonal medicine, human medicine, philosophical medicine, anthropological medicine and so on. The book references are ok and Iīm waiting for others but donīt forget spanish references like Borrellīs book or Robert Smithīs Regards, Jose Tous, general (global) practitioner
