Re: Nurse delivered home exercise improve Co Q10 tissue levels and ameliorate osteoporosis

Sirs, certainly a well delivered home exercise programme can reduce both falls in elderly people and injuries;moreover, it improves tissue level of Co Q10, but not blood level(Medicina Geriatrica,XXV, 239,1993), which is useful in the treatment of osteoporosis(Clin. Ter.137,21, 1991), as I demonstrated some years ago, not to speak about application of this coenzyme in patients involved by muscular and cardiac disorders. Therefore, in my opinion, this article appears to be very interesting in everyday practice.
