Someone's going to have to explain to me the purpose of papers like this.

Are you saying that all single-adult households are at risk? If so, that's rubbish. Are you saying that single-adult households should be targeted by healthcare workers? If so, what about all the crap parenting that goes on in 'proper' families? They presumably don't need targeting. And the assertion that sinlge-adult households are a marker of 'deprivation' leaves me speechless.

The figures are no doubt accurate. But just because something is true does not justify publishing it.
